Nothing. Unlike a marketing agency, we don’t charge fees. Instead, we purchase the inventory directly from you at a price where we can earn our profits from the margin on each and every sale. With this model, our performance goals are in perfect alignment with yours.
Can you only help with Amazon-related issues?
No, our expertise allows us to help your brand well beyond the Amazon marketplace. Our ability to provide professional product images and write copy that sells is applicable to any online marketplace. Not only that, but our ability to increase your brand exposure and optimize your online brand presentation also influences brick & mortar sales as more and more physical store shoppers look at products online first.

I’m having difficulties with unauthorized sellers and MAP breakers, how can you help with that?
This is one of the most common complaints from brand owners which is why we have developed a proprietary method of helping to identify and eliminate these threats. We also can provide access to a highly successful legal team whose specialty is stopping these violators.
Why is having Amazon as a seller on my listing hurting my brand?
A couple major reasons are the fact that they have so many brands and suppliers that they don’t do anything to help your brand grow like performing advertising campaign or optimizing your listings for better organic ranking. In addition, when Amazon is on your listing, you no longer have as much control over your product selling price.
Can you also help me with other marketing efforts like Facebook and other Social Media Marketing?
Yes, those services are available to our Backstage Partners or our Supporting Seller Partners that we have some sort of exclusivity agreements in place with. If you are interested in those services outside of those options, feel free to send us a message and we are happy to find a partnership agreement that fits your needs.
Do you customize your services to fit my needs?
Yes, every Brand Partner is different, each with different needs. When we begin working together, we will create our Brand Health Report and Competitive Analysis, then, have an Assessment Call in which we discuss your specific needs and we make a plan to grow from there. We like to have a Progress Call every quarter with our Partner Brands to assess any new needs and ensure we are doing our part to help you meet your goals.
Is there a difference in services between the Supporting Seller Partner and the Backstage Partner?
In general, the services we offer are the same, the only difference is the cost to you. With the Supporting Seller Partnership, your “cost” is granting us the privilege of selling your products online. The Backstage Partnership is a quoted fee based on the services required and we do not sell your products online.
Can you still help me if I don’t want you selling my products?
Yes, for a small fee, we are more than happy to be “Backstage Partners” with you to help you manage & grow your brand on the Amazon Marketplace and beyond.
Will you create new product listings for us?
Yes, we will create new, fully- optimized listings for our Backstage Partners and any Supported Seller Partners that have an exclusivity agreement in place for those products.
